I ordered a weather breaker for a mobility scooter. After several telephone calls, the item was sent by mail and received on December 31st. It was a Christmas gift. The gift was given in January to my father-in-law and it is at that point that we found out that it was not at all what was ordered. It cannot be used in any way. I had sent the model number, etc. to A Mobility Scooter.
