Purchased several episodes of TV shows based on advertised UNLIMITED VIEWING rights and license for up to 5 different devices. Downloaded to 2 laptops using RoxioNow Install Manager as required by WB. Two days later found message on my account stating that further downloads not authorized because VIEWING PERIOD had expired. Contacted WB Shop by phone and was referred to Corporate Website for assistance and/or offer of refund.
