The problem with this company is that even if you know what you are paying (like I do), they don't pay you for their submitted claims. They have billed me every month which I have volunteered to, but when I submit a claim to get my money back they promise, it either (a) takes 2 months to receive or (b) they claim they did not receive the paperwork to back it up. They tell you that you must be an active member to receive payment, so if you submit a claim, it takes two months to receive the $10 check, they have now billed you another two... read full review »
