Internet connection went down 2/28. Now 3/7 and still not fixed. Spent 3+ hours on phone over several days. They missed an appt and then failed to schedule me today as they had promised. Also spent my own time and gas swapping out faulty modem for them. Add to this, that when I checked my bill they increased my modem rental fee in March even though their own announcement on my bill states that they are going up MAY 1st. So, not only are we going to give you crappy service, we going to charge you more for it AND we are going to raise the rates sooner than we said. CHECK YOUR BILLS!
