August 12, 2010 BAC sent a loan modification contract for us to sign and return. The new monthly payment was 1357.92. Interest rate first 5 years was 2.000%. We signed and returned. They were to sign and close in October. It was never closed. March 2, 2011 BAC changed my loan number and sent a new loan modification contract for us to sign and return. The new monthly payment is 2321.49. Interest rate first 5 years is 4, 5%. They now have us set up for default if we don't pay new amount and in line for foreclosure.
