There are some things that when they happen, you literally say WTF!!! I got an email notice thanking me for ordering NBA league pass for $160 payable in 4 monthly installments. First WTF since I didn't order it When I called and waited for 1 hour they tried and ALOT of trouble (30 min) cancelling the order. Second WTF Then they said I would get a credit but it would take up to 60 DAYS! Third WTF The next month, I see another charge for $40 for NBA league pass, along with my previous month's credit.
