I have been a DirectTV customer for 9 or so YEARS.. Well I decided to go to FiOS for a package bundle deal (which saved me $100.00 a month), , , but back to my complaint.. Problem #1 ...About a year ago, I had the set-top box go out and quit working in my bedroom, so I called DirectTV. I had been paying $20.00 per month for their so-called insurance.
