I have more to say that isn't positive than just this, but this should be enough to help you make a decision...I have multiple pieces of furniture slightly damaged and 2 pieces that are significantly damaged. I have called John Albert 6-7 times in regards to this issue only and have left voicemails every call. I have not recieved one response in how I can go about claiming damaged furniture. Very unprofessional altogether and unorganized. Not a fast move w/ no stress as they claim in their advertising. read full review »
