Recieved a plain white #10 envelope in mail with my address only; no return address & an unfranked Canadian stamp near the upper right corner. The Letter enclosed is about a check [drawn on Bank of America NA, San Antonio TX] for paying taxes on "Big Winnings" . Check is for $3, 875; the letter stated taxes would be $2, 875 on $125, 000 "winnings". Check was "to be paid directly to the Tax Agent."
