Although this company states that they use USPS airmail, I believe this to be a blatant mistruth. It is now 9 weeks and I have not received my items. Their response consists of the same mass produced platitudinous emails about mail and/or custom delays. Most countries, including Australia, don't hold perfume in customs, and inspection results in 'customs tape' and only takes a day or so. Unfortunately Paypal requires disputes to be lodged within 45 days, so it is to their advantage to ask you to 'be patient'. Beware... read full review »
