This is a complete scam. After ordering and paying for a "trial sample" online, the sample did not arrive for three weeks. The day it did arrive in the mail, my checking account was debited $74.00! There was no trial period. This is most certainly fraudulent advertising. The customer "no service" phone number is only a recording. I have demanded a refund via their website and by letter, but no response. I have already reported this company to the BBB and encourage others to do the same. They will continue this illegal practice until enough people get scammed (as I was) and complaints are filed. read full review »
