Even though my 90 year mother's local phone service was turned she continued to receive bill from Qwest. When the service was cancelled via phone call she was not told that she had to contact the long distance provider seperately to cancel the service. When Qwest was contacted about still receiving bills 2-1/2 monthes later, that when we were informed that the Long Distance Provider had to be contacted seperately. We were told to call USBI.
