I contacted Just Answer.com to ask a medical question.I asked my question and paid $15 via Pay Pal, I was not only ask my telephone number AND my cell phone provider but also my email address.I was told in my "message" it would take "7 minutes until an "expert" answered my question and to "not leave the website page, we will notify you if an "expert" needs more time" Unfortunately "no expert was available" and I was left sitting in front of my computer screen for AN HOUR!
