I have worked for Dunkin Donuts and have been a loyal customer for years. Never in my history of Dunkin Donuts have I ever wanted to scream at a DD manager. I have been dealing with this woman for the past couple of months. She's a black woman with far too much attitude for customer service and she keeps taking it out on me. She used to work over at the mall and is now at "Castle View" Dunkin Donuts. I know it's not Burger King, but being a customer, if I want my coffee a certain way I should be able to get it.
