On August 8th, 2010 I ordered hair care products, which I paid $87.80 (incl shipping). The goods never arrived. After tons of emails to which the company did not respond to, I tried to phone (am an expat living in Shanghai, China), no way to get to talk to a person. I must have sent 30 emails to which they promise to respond to - but never did. They took my money - but never sent the goods - and by not responding to my emails I consider this company totally dishonest and are scamming clients.
