In 2010 I filed a Ch 7 Bankruptcy that was discharged in July of 2010, and I reaffirmed that I wanted to keep my 2006 Toyota Solara financed thru Citi-Auto Credit. In August I made 2 payments. Then I received a letter that Santander was going to service my auto loan. After that initial letter, I NEVER received any information about where to send my payments, what was due---NOTHING!
