ABC Sanitary in Champaign, IL has the worst customer service. The garbage driver took the garbage lid (2nd time) and 2 recycling bins while disposing of garbage. Called ABC and spoke with office manager Krystal. She said the driver denied taking it and said there's nothing else she could do. Asked to speak to her supervisor, she refused to let me and refused to give his name. Also refused to give the name of the driver.
