I odered a suit on the internet from their site. The suit arrived and buttons fell off and the pants were not hte size ordered. I was told to return the suit for credit and they wouold reimburse me for the shipping back to them. I documented the shipping costs and included the information with the suit. I was credited for the suit and the outgoing shipping. After not recieving the credit for the return shipping I called on several occasions. I was told the check would be sent. It never came. I called again. It never came. I called again and was told to *** Off. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Do not use mensusa. read full review »
