In another pathetic attempt to whitewash his company's extensive criminal background, Kelly 'O'Steal' O'Neal has once again donated money stolan from local Dallas artists to a charity, this time the Atlanta Childrens' Shelter. Last year, O'Steal gave local NPR station KERA stolen funds...this year, he's moved on to pimping out homeless toddlers in the name of 'good PR'.
