On 3/2/09, I ordered wiper blades- Part # A19C28SB - 2 pcs. for $37.79, but only one piece was sent. I contacted customer service on 3/17/09 and was told by Adrian I would receive an email with delivery confirmation from warehouse within 24-48 hours. That didn't happen, so I called on3/20/09 and spoke with Chris. He said the part I ordered was only for one piece therefore they were not sending another part.
