REGENCY BEAUTY INSTITUTE IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVVVVVVVVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! I went to school there and I did graduate, so I know first hand how rotten of a place it really is. There is no consistency, most (not all) of the instructors are ignorant, cannot cut or color hair, and/or cannot read.
