I recieved a phone call today from a very heavy Indian sounding accent saying I had a cash advance loan I had defaulted on and now was going to be arrested in the morning and charged with theft and fraud. I asked to be explained to what the charges were and what the original debt was and he said he could not tell me that information and passed me along to his supervisor.
