As many Ryanair customers I have a lot of problem to be reimburse after a mistake from this low cost company. As you know, Ryanair haven't got an e-mail contact. If you want to contact Ryanair Custumers Services you must send several fax or call an overcost number. You must wait and wait for a possible answer.
