New name, same fraudulent behavior. This company is nothing more than a re-mix of the former HIT Web Design (aka: Heritage Web Design) who just bailed on 15, 000+ customers. They simply moved up the road to a new town (American Fork, UT) in a poor attempt to throw people off. Having been burned by HIT Web Designs in the past, I have kept what little information I could about my contact with them. I had a couple of names. I agree these people are complete crooks. What they are doing is nothing short of imbezzlement and criminal in nature. To make it worse, they send their receipts and paperwork via US Mail. I know of other cases where those actions have under US Postal laws constituted mail fraud. However, it does no good just saying they are criminals. We have to show that they are. Now, what are you going to do about it? Personally, I'm going to START by launching a complaint with the Provo, UT police department and then the UT division of the FBI... read full review »
