My auto has damage to it from getting hit in a Walmart parking lot as well as damage from the first snow store in Ohio. This insurance company wants me to pay (2) $500 deductible in order to get my car fixed. In addition, I have to pay for a rental car due to the insurance agent did not bother to add car rental to my policy when I took it out in 08/2008. This is totally unfair to me as I live on a disability check & no longer have a part-time job.
