not even sure where to begin, 1 st they showed up 12 hours late for installation, installer did over $500 worth of damage to our surround sound and entertainment center Promised us $100 in credits. None of this has been done or resolved! on top of which they charged us for a service call that we were told was going to be no charge since the equipment was defective.
