Furniture was delivered in the evening. In the morning we could see the couch and chair did not match. We called that morning to inform them. They refuse to replace either piece to match. Then two months after we used the furniture, the stitching came out on the couch at the bottom. Only two old people use it--us! They have done nothing to rectify the problem because we 'signed' the paper when it was delivered. Because it was evening, we couldn't see the difference till the light came in the room in the morning and it was obvious. read full review »
