My family and I have AT&T as our phone carrier. From the beginning, the service was horrible and our phone calls were dropped or not made at all. Therefore, my family decided to cancel the contract and sign with Verizon while we had 3 months left with AT&T. But before we terminated the contract, I have called AT&T twice asking how much the termination fee would be if cancelled, once in mid- November and once in January.
