Ordered new Sante Fe Infrared Sauna from SaferWholeSale.com, received a used floor model / demo unit from them. After explaining this to both sales and customer service, both claimed that I was shipped a new unit. Not only is it annoying that I received a product that was not new, now I have customer service telling me that dirty sauna floors, warped top, gouges in wood walls and base, broken heater racks, fingerprints all over glass panels and door, and big price tag hanging from already assembled door is considered new.
