Went in on a promotion. That expired after a year. Then they put me on another promotion. That expired after a year. My rate went up almost double and they didn't tell me. I was on auto pay and saw my bank account showing a pending withdrawl of over $40 and called to cancel my internet. They then put me on another promotion and worked it all out so I wouldn't get double charged from auto pay.
