On December 7, I ordered a DVD for a Christmas present. The web site said it was in stock. My credit card was charged. I never received the product. On calling them (beginning of January), they say the DVD is back-ordered without an estimated date of delivery. I never had any emails claiming out-of-stock or delayed shipment or anything of the sort. So I ask them to refund my money and cancel my order. BUT, they claim I wasn't charged. But I totally was. It's on my statement right in front of me. Ugh! So now I have to do this through the bank. So annoying. Don't buy from www.fatgamer.com. read full review »
