I dealt with these people in the past. Their return policy is setup in such a way that you never get to return defective products. When the seller sends you a replacement, after you have sent the unit back, you are out shipping charges twice. When the product does not work a second time, how many people will want to ship back and be out 30 to 40 dollars in total.
