I purchased sunglasses from an online company, ReplicaImages.com. The company has been in business since 05, the site states. Well, I purchased glasses for my husband, and they accepted my transaction and my money. After four attempts to contact them and with no reply I decided to file a complaint through the BBB. Well my response was they are "out of business" and my complaint is closed. I am really dissappointed, mostly because if the negligence in these companies who can get away with this.
