Bought a treadmill 6 mo ago from LiveSTrong, no manual included, got manual off website, 6 mo lube required by machine display, followed very general instructions, after lubed, belt slipping badly, kept tightening until no slippage when using but now belt making terrible noise; contacted company, they refused to service, claim not covered; what a bunch of liars & cheats! Had to pay other company to service! Will never buy LiveSTrong again. read full review »
