I received a letter from AOL stating that they have closed my account. They closed it due to non-payment. So I finally got it closed but they state that I owe them $30.00 for services that I did not use. The customer service department would not let me close this account back when I first started to. Instead, they kept offering free months and refused to close the account. AOL is a rip off and I think they are realizing they are losing ground with customers as DSL and broadband gain in popularity. read full review »
