Customer service rep Adam ext: 5009 was a completely arrogant, rude, distasteful individual to work with. He sold me a 3 piece filter kit over the phone to go along with the lens I purchased online and didn't bother to let me know that their is a 33% restocking fee. He had no problem letting me know I could return within 10 days, but oh no, he didn't breathe a word about the restocking fee.
