The hardest thing in the world is to get AT&T to stop sending offers by email. I have requested and unsubscribed 32 times and I'm still getting nonsense on my work computer. Is there not one competent person in the company who knows how to operate your website or whatever it is that allows you to continue to send me info I have not requested and that I do not want and have NO intention of using? Very poor service and unconcerned staff who don't know what they are talking about and transfer you around the whole company is what I run into.
