About.com recommended 599CD.com to find computer teaching CD's. I went there and purchased a Power Point learning CD. I then clicked to download the program instead of having the CD shipped to me. I received an e-mail saying that my order had been processed and when it was ready to download they would email me. That was 10 days ago and I have never received e-mail instructions. I have e-mailed them several times and there has been no response. It is only $5.99 -- but it's a rip -- plus they have my credit card number. read full review »
