I purchaed a Vehicle Warranty Service in 7/13/09 from SecureChoice; I had a water pump installed 16 months ago and that was paid for and a rental car was paid. Today, 1/18/11 I needed a starter installed and this company state that I did not complete the maintenance on my car. What maintenance is needed for a started that quits??? My Good Year repair man states that I have a good maintenanc record.
