For those who are planning to hire a contractor; DO NOT HIRE VERIA CONSTRUCTION; they are dishonest, irresponsible, greedy and rude; they will con you into giving them big bucks and buy cheap supplies they will only do the worst job and never come back. they will tell you you do not need a permit when you actually do. also the project that they did, we hired another contractor to redo it.
