I am in the process of trying to speak to a representative on why my claim for a new starter was denied. I purchased this warranty Dec 2008 and it is paid in full. Now that I need it, I can not seem to get my claim approved. I took my car to the Nissan Dealership and per my mechanic, CDWS says the claim is denied because the starter is broken...what????? How do I get my money back or file a class action lawsuit? read full review »
