What a horrible experience! Try any other tire company before even thinking of using Town Fair. It’s obvious that management has never even talked about acceptable customer service with the employees. I heard several nasty conversations with other customers (while I wayed for 3 hours when I had been told it would be quick) and then we all got to hear the employees openly bad mouth the customers that had just left.
