My regular account was paid by check. The check cleared my bank. It was Firestone Error that did not post the payment to my account. Then I gave them another check and Chase took back the first amount. Now TRS told me to pay again to fix the problem. I did not initiate this contact with TRS and I told them to send a message to Firestone. Why should the victim need to do the fixing. Firestone and TRS can fix this. read full review »
