I tried to order a battery, a/c adapter, and cord for my daughters laptop.Everything seemed fine until I received my order.There was no battery or the longer cord I ordered, except they charged me for all of the items, while never acknowledging the fact the battery was and had been out of stock! Now they keep telling me my refund has been taken care of, yet it has never been credited to my account.Everyone needs to know what a RIPOFF this site/company really is! read full review »
