The original concept was fabulous, but my last order, in December, was a nightmare. Only 1 out of 9 items fit, and they would allow a return on only 2 of the 8 remaining items. I returned them, only to find out, a couple of months later (when enquiring about the credit not appearing on my credit card) that they had huge financial problems. Their bad return policy and financial problems caused me to lose close to $150. Even if they come back in business I will never deal with those people again. read full review »
