I first went to this site to purchase one of their Dock Extenders, which is actually a very useful product. That first order supposedly had a delivery error, and they "re-shipped" it to me without an issue. It was only about a week later than I expected, so no big deal. The company offered me a 30% discount for my next order as an apology, and I used it to order a Sony BDP S360 Blu-Ray player.
