They advertise jobs in entry level marketing. The first interview lasts about 5 minutes, the second is basically a long day of free labor with a sketchy "employee" going around to businesses and bothering them while they work. Then they act like you are so lucky to get the job. It only gets worse and shady from there. They have these weird pump up meetings in the atmosphere room with a lot of yelling like in a locker room.
