Internet speeds and customer service still in the dark ages. Automated customer service lines keep you on hold forever and when you do finally get a human you can not understand them and or they are unable to help you. You can get through however to a new activation sales person who will only sign you up and take your money, which shows they are willing to get your business but after that your on your own. read full review »
