After using Charter Communications for two (2) years we were offered a promotional deal. This was offered to us by Mail as well as by phone. We agreed to a two (2) year extenion for the ( Bundle ) for a price of $149.00. to include a DVR, High speed Internet service, All thr Movies channels, There Telephone service. First of all we picked up the DVR, a MOXI Box. It would not work. The charter Communication service rep said that they should of never gave us that because it takes a Tech to install it.
