I have been a customer of Xanadoo since August of 2008. I have used the same credit card for my automatic payment since my enrollment. Now it is April 2009, all of a sudden my credit card doesn't pay the bill. Well this would be understandable if I had exceeded my limit on the card or it had expired. Not the issue here. After a long wait on the phone, someone finally tells me it was refused by my card company for an address issue. I have not moved or changed anything. So dummy me, I give them my debit card number to pay the bill. So... read full review »
